Feel fully alive again.

I’ve been there.

You’re working as hard as you can to be the parent you know you can be for your kids, who are your whole world. You’re doing your very best every single day to be a loving, kind, attentive partner to your kids’ other parent. You’ve got a vision for your and your family’s future. And then the unthinkable happens. Your kids’ other parent wants to separate — divorce, if you’re married.

Now you’re a single parent navigating a break-up. You feel stuck. You think life sucks. You feel like nobody’s in your corner. You don’t see a path forward.

I’ve got you.

I’m a single dad who didn’t want his family unit to be broken up. I know exactly how excruciating and devastating it can feel to have your family unit and your vision for your family’s future obliterated.

You have a therapist. You have a lawyer. But there’s still a gap.

Let’s fill that gap together.

Join In The Box, a community for dads whose family break-ups feel like the end of the world.

Ready to join? Start here.

Here’s what In The Box membership includes:

  • Daily opportunities to dig deep, reflect, learn, heal, grow, and most importantly connect with other dads who are going through the excruciating separation or divorce process, too. Participate as much or as little as you like.

  • Unlimited email and text support.

  • Weekly LIVE video call #1 = A virtual support group every Monday with the other members of In The Box. For privacy purposes, it’s not recorded. Show up when you can. Talk or just listen. Have your camera on or off. Get the support you need in the way that works best for you.

  • Weekly LIVE video call #2 = A virtual support group on Tuesdays which some weeks picks up where Monday’s call left off and other weeks hosts experts (including but not limited to LMFTs, family lawyers, and CPAs) from fields many of us need assistance navigating.

  • OPTIONAL: Group messaging via text and/or WhatsApp.

What you can expect to get out of your participation in the In The Box community:

  • Freedom to create a new vision for your future that inspires you.

  • Restored faith in the very possibility of ever having a life you love again.

  • The feeling of being fully alive again… or maybe even for the first time ever.

  • Reclaimed power over yourself and your life.

  • Joy.

  • Peace of mind.

  • Connection with a close-knit group of other dads who — just like you — are grieving the loss of their parenting partnerships and unified family units and figuring out how to rebuild their lives.

  • Clarity about the direction you want to take next.

  • Increased self-awareness.

  • Enhanced motivation to rebuild your life.

  • Increased capacity to deal with stress in a healthy way.

  • Boosted confidence and self-esteem.

  • A reconstructed positive mindset.

  • Improved wellbeing.

  • Increased capacity to let go of limiting beliefs.

  • Emotional support from dads who have been there or who are there right now and who truly understand what you’re going through.

It was tough. Moving solo and no dog for company, but I made the right decision. Your posts helped. Keep up the good work.

I appreciate you guys putting yourselves out there. Your videos are helping. I can totally relate, taken by surprise. Next thing you know, a month later I’m living on my own and only get to see my kids every other week. Fucking sucks.

I have some close friends to talk to, but it’s tough. A lot of alone time. Trying to stay busy. Thanks for your page. It helps.
